By connecting to the SunForge server, accessing our website, or participating in our Discord community, you agree to abide by our fair play guidelines, code of honor, and community standards.

The use of unauthorized third-party modifications (cheats, automation macros, malicious packet injectors, or exploit tools) is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account suspension.

Merchant of Record: All digital goods and virtual currency packages (Solar Shards) available on our official store are processed through Tebex Limited, our authorized merchant of record.

Virtual Goods Delivery: In-game packages and virtual items are credited automatically to your designated Minecraft account upon payment confirmation.

Refund Policy: Because digital goods are delivered immediately and permanently associated with your account, purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer law. Chargebacks will lead to automatic account restriction across the Tebex network.

SunForge is committed to safeguarding player privacy. We collect only the data necessary to provide and protect server services: Minecraft username, UUID, and IP addresses used for authentication and anti-abuse enforcement.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal user data with third parties. Payment information is securely handled directly by our payment processor (Tebex) and never stored on SunForge servers.
